Working together for Change

This is a joint project between mosaic, Just Services and Self Advocacy in Action trying to help both disabled people and carers learn more about the opportunities that Direct Payments and Personal Budgets can offer.  We offer Taster Days and can hold meetings for carers to find out about what can be on offer.

Here’s what one of our attendees said: “I had a great day at the Taster Day.  I loved doing knitting and recycling.  It’s the first time I have ever done something like that.  I’d like to do more”  Following the taster day Stacey is setting up a Knitting Group in the Stoneygate area.
